Live for scorecard, org-health heatmap, and manager-effectiveness views from available signals

Read the Culture Scorecard

Use the scorecard to identify management patterns, then inspect the underlying signal before taking action.

Start with the rollup

  1. Open Culture Scorecard.
  2. Review the overall score and trend direction.
  3. Look for outlier departments, teams, or managers.
  4. Use the heat map to find where the signal is concentrated.

Drill into a manager or team

  • Review the contributing signals shown in the manager-effectiveness view.
  • Compare trend direction with recent goals, recognition, ER, and meeting activity.
  • Treat missing data as missing data, not as proof of good or bad management.

Act on the signal

  • Use the scorecard to decide where a leader should inspect, coach, or follow up.
  • Do not use a composite score as an employment decision by itself.
  • Record material follow-up decisions in the appropriate workflow.

Boundary

Turnover prediction and automated retention intervention remain roadmap-labeled.
