Job Architecture

Before you start​

  • Confirm the tenant has job architecture enabled.
  • Prepare the initial job families, levels, and role names that should appear in Cadence.
  • Identify one manager workspace to use for rendered-layer verification.

Setup outline​

  1. Open the Cadence admin workspace.
  2. Add the job family and level structure.
  3. Attach roles to the correct family and level.
  4. Reload a manager view and confirm role context appears in the 1:1 workspace.
