Send recognition

  1. Open Recognition.
  2. Select the teammate.
  3. Choose the recognition type or badge.
  4. Describe what they did and why it mattered.
  5. Submit the recognition.
  6. Confirm it appears in the feed after reload.

Comment or like

  • Use comments to add specific context.
  • Use likes to acknowledge the recognition without creating a second record.
  • Keep compensation, medical, and investigation details out of recognition text.

Read recognition patterns

Use recognition history as context for coaching and culture health. It is one signal, not a standalone performance rating.
